THE HOUSE

The house is decorated with a very personal touch as it is our second residence.
​
It has a surface of 90 m² developed in ground floor, a private Terrassa of 50 m² with barbecue, a pool of 3x6x1,7m and an interior private parking.
​
In the interior we find a large open space with the living-dining-room and the kitchen, all decorated in Ibizan style. The house 3 rooms, 1 suite and 2 doubles, and 1 bathroom with shower.

Riumar is a very quiet residential development, located in a privileged position, between the Mediterranean coast and the river mouth. It peaceful coexist with the Natural Park of the Ebro Delta, the second biggest natural wetland in Spain.
​
Mostly of the houses in Riumar are villas developed in one or two stories.
​
It is 10km far from the town of Deltebre, around 15 minutes by car. Deltebre is a town of 12500 inhabitants equipped with all kind of services and facilities, restaurants, supermarkets, Banks, medical centre…

Near the beach of Riumar, that also preserve it’s natural dunes orography, it’s practically a virgin beach protected by wooden food bridges, there is the Ebro river mouth.

From the city of Amposta, with it’s known hanging bridge inspired in Brooklyn’s bridge in New York, the river gets into the natural park and flows till the river mouth next to the Buda Island, a natural reserve especially protected inside the park and inhabitated by horses brought from the French Camargue.
